Propti is designed to store your data locally on your device. The app may collect:

- A locally generated device ID stored on-device.

- Subscription and purchase activity is handled by Google Play Billing. We do not receive your full payment details.
3) How We Use Information
We use the information to:
- Save and display your real estate data inside the app.
- Populate fields with GPS coordinates (if you choose to use GPS).
- Provide subscription access and verify purchases via Google Play.
4) Data Storage
- Your data is stored locally on your device using on‑device storage (Isar database and local preferences).
- We do not upload your app data to our servers.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except:
- Google Play for in‑app purchases and subscription management.
- Operating system services required to access device storage, photos, or location (only with your permission).
6) Permissions We Request
- Photos/Media: to select and attach images/videos.
- Location: only when you choose to use GPS for coordinates.
- Storage: to import/export files (e.g., Excel/CSV) and save media.

Your data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.

4) Penyimpanan Data
- Data disimpan secara lokal di perangkat Anda (Isar & penyimpanan lokal).
- Kami tidak mengunggah data Anda ke server kami.
5) Berbagi Informasi
Kami tidak menjual atau membagikan data Anda ke pihak ketiga, kecuali:
- Google Play untuk proses pembelian/berlangganan.
- Layanan OS yang diperlukan untuk akses lokasi, foto, atau penyimpanan (dengan izin Anda).
6) Izin yang Kami Minta
- Foto/Media: untuk memilih gambar/video.
- Lokasi: hanya jika Anda memilih menggunakan GPS.
- Penyimpanan: untuk impor/ekspor file (Excel/CSV) dan media.
7) Retensi Data
Data Anda tetap di perangkat sampai Anda menghapusnya atau menghapus aplikasi.
8) Privasi Anak
Propti tidak ditujukan untuk anak di bawah 13 tahun. Jika Anda yakin anak memberikan data pribadi, hubungi kami untuk penghapusan.
